Please note several important things before ordering:
- You can not add this item to the order with items that will be delivered by courier personal delivery (like flowers, roses, bouquets, etc.)
- We still need the recipient's Ukrainian phone number so we can contact them and confirm the nearest Nova Poshta post office.
- A basket is included in the cost. The food basket is shrink-wrapped additionally.
- The product is unavailable for same-day delivery, return, or exchange, and no refunds are available via Post Only baskets.
How long will it take:
- After you make and pay for the order, it may take us up to 24 hours to prepare and dispatch the basket to Nova Poshta.
- Nova Poshta will take 1–3 days to deliver the basket to the city and the closest post office to your recipient (there are more than 20,000 post offices all over Ukraine).
- Your recipient will receive an SMS message about the arrival of the package with your basket.
- Your recipient will have up to 7 days to pick up the package with your basket.
Your ChocoBasket 8 will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:
- The customer orders via Ukraineflora's official website, which provides all necessary, correct information, including the recipient's required full name and phone number. We proceed with the order only after receiving the proper information and payment.
- The customer is welcome to provide the text for the greeting card during checkout. It will be printed and added to the basket.
- The basket will be wrapped and packed into the paper box.
- ChocoBasket 8 will be dispatched to Nova Poshta and will be sent to the city and Nova Poshta post office of the recipient on their name and phone number.
- A unique 14-digit tracking number will be sent to the recipient's phone number so that they can track the package's movement.
- After receiving the 14-digit track number, your order will be considered done (DELIVERED), and notification will be sent to the customer (to you). However, the actual day and time the recipient has your gift in their hands can differ.
- The package with ChocoBasket 8 arrives at its destination. The recipient receives an SMS message about the package's arrival.
- The package with your gift will be available for pickup for 7 days. If the recipient does not pick it up within 7 days, it will be returned to Ukraine. No refund, resend, or exchange will be made.
- The recipient does not pay any fees—all delivery, packing, and transport fees are included in the cost of the basket you spend on our website.
Ukraineflora has no agreements or obligations with Nova Poshta LLC and uses its services according to general public conditions. Due to the nature of this service, no picture or video of the delivery will be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.
Regular, Premium, or Prestige
Customers can choose the style and size of delivered products from REGULAR, PREMIUM, or PRESTIGE.
For Flowers and Bouquets:
- Regular — The florist will carefully design the flower arrangement to closely resemble the style and size shown in the product image.
- Premium includes additional foliage, a ribbon, or upgraded wrapping. Depending on availability and artistic discretion, the florist may also add extra flowers.
- Prestige — This selection offers a more luxurious bouquet with more flowers and foliage than the Regular and Premium options. It may also feature decorative elements like wrapping, ribbons, or complementary blooms that enhance the overall look.
For Gifts:
- Regular — Gifts in this category will be delivered as described in their original packaging (e.g., perfumes) or precisely as displayed in the product image (e.g., food baskets, gift sets).
- Premium — This option includes additional decorative touches such as ribbons or wrapping (for perfumes) and may feature extra items in gift baskets or sets to create a more impressive presentation.
- Prestige is the most luxurious option, featuring larger or higher-quality items in gift baskets or sets. Additional embellishments, such as wrapping, ribbons, or complementary items, may enhance the exclusivity and elegance of the gift.
Ukraineflora, in collaboration with local florists in Ukraine, ensures that all flowers and gifts are delivered with the highest level of care and attention. Every effort is made to match the requested product as closely as possible, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Substitution and Delivery Policy
SUBSTITUTION
Ukraineflora invites its customers to view real delivery photos on our Facebook page, Flowers and Gifts Delivery in Ukraine, or Photos of Delivery. For more details, please refer to our Substitution Policy for Flowers in Ukraine.
Substitutes may be necessary to ensure timely delivery. We handle each order with the utmost care, ensuring it resembles the requested item as closely as possible. Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, meaning variations in color, stem size, and number of buds may occur. The displayed image is indicative; we strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee an identical match.
Flowers
We prioritize the colors displayed online for assorted flower arrangements but may substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary. For single-flower bouquets (e.g., roses, lilies, tulips), we aim to match the flower type, but substitutions in color may be required to ensure freshness. For example, red roses may be replaced with deep or light red roses to guarantee the best quality.
If a substitution significantly alters key features (such as changing the color from red to white, changing the size, or reducing the number of stems), Ukraineflora will contact the sender for approval. If we cannot reach the sender and fulfill the order as shown, a full refund will be issued, and the order will be canceled.
Gifts
Due to local availability, gift sets, gourmet baskets, and seasonal compositions may be substituted. Florists may replace unavailable items with equal or superior quality. For example, Swiss chocolate may be replaced with Belgian or Italian chocolate and French cheese with Dutch cheese.
No substitutions will be made for single-item gifts such as perfumes, gift cards, electronics, or boxes of chocolate candies. These items are delivered as ordered. However, minor variations in form or color may occur due to the regional availability of teddy bears, cakes, vases, plants, and balloons.
DELIVERY

- Deliveries are typically made between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Ukrainian time. We will try to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but timing cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and other factors.
- A single delivery attempt is made. If an arrangement has been scheduled for a specific address and time, changes cannot be made once the order is en route. If no one can receive the delivery, items may be left at the door.
- Customers will receive an email notification upon delivery. If they select an SMS notification, it will be sent to the phone number of the customer (with the correct country code).
- Delivery photos are taken only with the recipient\'s consent. If the recipient declines, no image will be provided, even if requested by the sender. The absence of a delivery photo does not impact the status of the order.
- A full refund is available only if the order has not yet been dispatched. No refund will be issued if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
