We deliver flowers on time
If needed, we can expedite your order for delivery as soon as possible. In Kyiv, we can deliver within 2–3 hours if requested before 18:00 (6 pm). Delivery can be made in less than 24 hours for other cities and towns where we operate. Rest assured, we will make every effort to deliver your order on time. Your satisfaction and smile are guaranteed when you order with us, and your unique feelings are our priority.
Quality of Flowers
We guarantee the quality of flowers when we deliver them, though we can not guarantee their freshness and long life after they are delivered, as it is the recipient's responsibility. All flowers are unique and have specific demands.
Just to let you know, complaints about the quality of flowers (not fresh, fallen, etc.) received at any other time than at once upon delivery to the recipient will not be accepted. The recipient has the right to refuse to receive the flowers with her/his motivation. Motivations can be about quality, time, size, color, and so on - we shall follow the complaint and make the substitution or other necessary actions to satisfy the recipient as soon as possible.
