We are a Ukrainian company with a representative office in the USA and sales branches in Ukraine. Ukraineflora (formerly Kievdelivery) presents and accepts orders for its services on its websites, Ukraineflora.com and UAflora.com. We provide exceptional customer service and security at the level of the best American companies.

Our Approach

We do not keep pre-made flower arrangements or food/fruit baskets. Our florists create each bouquet from the freshest possible flowers just before delivery, ensuring your recipient gets the best quality. We need the recipient's phone number to arrange delivery and occasionally recommend alternative flowers when certain varieties are out of season or unavailable.

Quality Guarantee

When ordering flowers on our website, you can be 100% sure that your recipient will get fresh, beautiful flowers, just like the ones you would choose. The same applies to gifts, foods, fresh fruits, cakes, and chocolate delivery. Our central statement is "Quality and freshness is our top priority."

Quality complaints must be made immediately upon delivery. The recipient has the right to refuse delivery with their motivation (regarding quality, time, size, color, etc.). We will address the complaint and make necessary substitutions or adjustments to satisfy the recipient as quickly as possible.

Delivery Fees

Our standard delivery fees are:

• 10 USD for door-to-door delivery within larger metropolitan areas
• From 14 USD for cities and villages within 35 km of larger urban areas
• From 24 USD for locations 35-100 km from larger metropolitan areas

Delivery fees are displayed when selecting the delivery city. Some areas may require extra handling charges, which we'll inform you about after you ask. We'll issue an immediate full refund if you disagree with our delivery fees. This applies particularly to deliveries outside our standard service areas, where our courier may need to drive more than 100 miles for personal delivery.
