It's a maxi basket. Maxi size, the maximum sweetness of fruits and berries, and the most exclusive holiday gift. We will put the basket of bananas, grapes, strawberries, apricots, pears, apples, nectarines, and oranges. Where will we take all these fruits in the wintertime? We know where they sell them very fresh and tasty. You may ask if we will put all those fruits and berries as described. Yes, we shall! For example, strawberries or apricots will be there, but only a little, even in the wintertime. We can only mislead you and offer what we can not do. We do a photo of delivery! Weight - 5 kg

• A basket is included in the cost. The food basket is shrink-wrapped additionally. 
• We deliver fresh products only. 
  
• Depending on regional or seasonal availability, some items in the basket can be substituted.
• Same-day delivery, return, and exchange of the product is unavailable.

At the same time, agree, the bright flower mix will become a great addition to your order, and together with the basket, they will try to convey your feelings to the recipient in their full. Please do not forget to add your text to the recipient and we shall put it on the card and deliver it together with your order for free. 

Regular, Premium, or Prestige

Customers can choose from three available styles and sizes for delivered products: REGULAR, PREMIUM, or PRESTIGE.

For flowers and bouquets, we offer the following options:

• Regular — Our florists craft the arrangement to closely match the style and size shown in the product picture, ensuring high quality.
• Premium — Florists may add extra foliage, ribbon, or wrapping and increase the number of flowers, depending on availability and their discretion.
• Prestige — This option includes more flowers, greenery, and extra decor like ribbons and wrapping to enhance the overall style.

For gifts, the following options are available:

• Regular — Gifts are delivered in their original packaging (perfumes) or as shown in the product description (food baskets, gift sets).
• Premium — Expect extra ribbon, wrapping (for perfumes), and additional items (for baskets) to create a more memorable impression.
• Prestige — This ensures larger or higher-quality items and extra decor, making your gift more prestigious.

Substitution and Delivery Policy

SUBSTITUTION AND RETURN

There may be times when you need to make sure your arrangement is timely. Please don't worry; we handle your order with the utmost care and attention, trying to resemble the item you requested as closely as possible. Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of the stems, and number of buds may vary. The image displayed is only indicative. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design per availability.

Flowers.

We prioritize using the colors shown online for assorted flower arrangements, though we may substitute flowers of equal or higher value. We'll match the flower type for specific arrangements like roses, lilies, or tulips but may adjust the color to ensure freshness. Furthermore, we'll contact the sender for instructions if a significant change is needed (e.g., color, size, or quantity). We will issue a full refund if we can't reach the sender and fulfill the order shown.

Gifts.

The policy of possible substitutions or changes for gifts applies to complex gifts, such as food and gourmet baskets, gift sets, Christmas compositions, etc. Due to the local availability of some items included in the gift, local florists have the right to replace the items in the baskets with items of the same quality and type in the same or more expensive price range. For example, Swiss chocolate can be replaced with Belgian or Italian chocolate; French cheese can be replaced with Holland-made cheese, etc.

We do not make substitutions for single gifts, such as perfumes, gift cards, electronics, and boxes of chocolate candies. We'll make sure to deliver as ordered. For items like teddy bears and stuffed animals, cakes, vases, plants, and balloons, substitutions with slight differences in form and colors from those presented in pictures are possible only due to local availability.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are typically made between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Ukrainian time. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery times, but we cannot guarantee them due to traffic and other factors. Only one delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient cannot receive the bouquet or gift at the prearranged time, date, and location, we will leave the items at the door and consider the delivery completed.

You will receive an email confirmation when it's delivered. An SMS notification will also be sent if you’ve provided the correct phone number. Photos of the delivery are only taken with the recipient's permission. No pictures will be taken if they decline, regardless of the request.

Full refunds can be issued if the order has not been sent out. However, no refund is available if the recipient refuses to accept the delivered items.
