SUBSTITUTION AND RETURN

There may be times when you need to make sure your arrangement is timely. Please don't worry; we handle your order with the utmost care and attention, trying to resemble the item you requested as closely as possible. Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of the stems, and number of buds may vary. The image displayed is only indicative. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design per availability.
Flowers.
We prioritize using the colors shown online for assorted flower arrangements, though we may substitute flowers of equal or higher value. We'll match the flower type for specific arrangements like roses, lilies, or tulips but may adjust the color to ensure freshness. Furthermore, we'll contact the sender for instructions if a significant change is needed (e.g., color, size, or quantity). We will issue a full refund if we can't reach the sender and fulfill the order shown.
Gifts.
The policy of possible substitutions or changes for gifts applies to complex gifts, such as food and gourmet baskets, gift sets, Christmas compositions, etc. Due to the local availability of some items included in the gift, local florists have the right to replace the items in the baskets with items of the same quality and type in the same or more expensive price range. For example, Swiss chocolate can be replaced with Belgian or Italian chocolate; French cheese can be replaced with Holland-made cheese, etc.
We do not make substitutions for single gifts, such as perfumes, gift cards, electronics, and boxes of chocolate candies. We'll make sure to deliver as ordered. For items like teddy bears and stuffed animals, cakes, vases, plants, and balloons, substitutions with slight differences in form and colors from those presented in pictures are possible only due to local availability.
DELIVERY

Deliveries are typically made between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Ukrainian time. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery times, but we cannot guarantee them due to traffic and other factors. Only one delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient cannot receive the bouquet or gift at the prearranged time, date, and location, we will leave the items at the door and consider the delivery completed.
You will receive an email confirmation when it's delivered. An SMS notification will also be sent if you’ve provided the correct phone number. Photos of the delivery are only taken with the recipient's permission. No pictures will be taken if they decline, regardless of the request.
Full refunds can be issued if the order has not been sent out. However, no refund is available if the recipient refuses to accept the delivered items.
